What started as my own life-changing experience grew into a calling that has shaped my life for more than 15 years.As Agency Director, I remain closely connected to our gestational carriers, building genuine relationships and guiding them with care, honesty, and understanding from the very first step. I believe the most meaningful support comes from someone who has truly walked this path herself. I am also proud to be an author, having written a book to inspire women and families to hold onto hope during vulnerable moments in their journey. I lead with integrity, empathy, and heart because this work is far more than a career to me—it is deeply personal and an honor to be part of creating families.

As Senior Intake Specialist, where I have the privilege of being one of the first points of connection for intended parents, egg donors, and sperm donors as they begin their journey. Since entering the fertility field in 2016, I have developed a deep appreciation for the emotional, personal, and life-changing nature of this work.With much of my background rooted in a clinical setting, I bring a thoughtful balance of knowledge, compassion, and real-world experience to the agency environment. My goal is to make what can often feel like an overwhelming process more approachable and reassuring, guiding each person with empathy, honesty, and care as they take their first steps toward growing their family.

Being fluent in both English and Spanish also allows me to provide clear communication and personalized support to a diverse range of families. My journey into fertility began in 2011, in my early 20s, long before I ever imagined having a family of my own. I have shared in the tears of women being told their path had come to an end, and I have also felt the electricity and joy of a baby’s arrival. Those deeply human, often raw conversations have shaped the person I am today.Now, as a mother of four, I experience each day watching my own children grow, and it has only deepened my passion and sense of purpose in this work. It has strengthened my commitment to leading with compassion, transparency, integrity, and heart, because I understand just how much trust families place in this process.

Because I understand the clinical side of the process, I am able to bridge the gap between the doctor’s office and the agency experience, making the journey feel more organized, approachable, and fully supported from the start.
In my role, I focus on intake, matching support, and journey planning, always striving to create a space where you feel truly heard. I am honored to be your advocate and your partner in making the dream of parenthood a reality.

As a Junior Case Manager, I have the privilege of supporting families throughout their journey. To me, this work is about building trust, offering reassurance, and being a caring and reliable presence throughout such a meaningful journey. With a background in the medical field, I bring both knowledge and compassion to my role, helping coordinate medical care, follow important milestones, and keep families informed every step of the way.I especially enjoy supporting international families and helping bridge language and cultural differences. No matter the distance, I want every family to feel close and connected to each important moment. I’m here to make sure important updates and care are communicated with warmth and attention, so families always know they have someone by their side.
